The MVC Diáspora Network is one of the four main networks of the movement. It was formed to promote the education, organization and political mobilization of the Puerto Rican community residing outside of Puerto Rico. With this in mind, our network serves to maintain and reinforce our Puerto Rican identity and defend the interests of Puerto Ricans living in the Island and anywhere else.  The individuals that make up our Network are willing to contribute with their talent, knowledge, and resources to advance and promote our Urgent Agenda.

The Citizen’s Victory Movement (Movimiento Victoria Ciudadana) recognizes the right of the Diáspora to actively participate in the construction of our present and future, the duty to actively contribute and its unquestionable political, economic, social, and cultural weight.

We recognize that the Diáspora will be a decisive force in the decolonization and reconstruction of our Puerto Rico.

La Red de la Diáspora es una de las cuatro redes principales del movimiento. Se formó para promover la educación, organización y movilización política de la comunidad puertorriqueña que reside fuera de Puerto Rico. Con esto en mente, nuestra red sirve para mantener y reforzar nuestra identidad puertorriqueña y defender los intereses de los puertorriqueños que viven en la Isla y en cualquier otro lugar. Las personas que integran nuestra Red están dispuestas a contribuir con su talento, conocimientos y recursos para avanzar y promover nuestra Agenda Urgente.

El Movimiento Victoria Ciudadana reconoce el derecho de la Diáspora a participar activamente en la construcción de nuestro presente y futuro, el deber de contribuir activamente y su incuestionable peso político, económico, social y cultural.

Reconocemos que la Diáspora será una fuerza decisiva en la descolonización y reconstrucción de nuestro Puerto Rico.
